1. Cancelling Physical Products (Vests, Leashes, Accessories)

Before your order ships: You may cancel for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering, because we process orders quickly, within 1 to 3 business days.

After your order has shipped: We can no longer cancel it. Once you receive it, you may return it under our 30-day money-back guarantee and Refunds & Returns Policy.

2. Cancelling Registration, ID Cards, and Certificates

  • Not yet processed or issued: You may cancel for a full refund.
  • Already issued or delivered: Digital registration confirmations, certificates, and IDs are delivered electronically and can’t be returned.]
  • Physical ID cards: Cancellation is possible until the card is printed.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the email used at checkout:

We will confirm by email whether your cancellation could be processed. Please don’t assume an order is cancelled until you receive confirmation.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card or PayPal).
  • Refunds are issued within 30 business days of approval.
  • Shipping is free, so no shipping charges will be deducted from cancelled orders.

5. Cancellations by Us

We may cancel an order for reasons such as:

  • Product unavailable or out of stock

  • An undeliverable address, or one outside the United States
